RESSAC

Recycling the ugliness of Pollution into Works filled with Beauty, such is the whole purpose of the RESSAC (Wave) Exhibition in the Aître Saint-Maclou in Rouen.

“How to make pebbles remain the specialties of the Sea, with the crunchy honey of the sand?“

Christian Bobin

In this historical site of the Norman capital, where the dead of the Great Plague (still present today underground) have over the centuries cohabited with the joyful students of the Beaux-Arts school, next to the Café Hamlet, you will wonder, like the Shakespearian hero, about life in general and the Ocean’s in particular.
The poetic and romantic vision of our polluted Ocean is presented by 8 artists. Each in their own way, is our invitation to act without delay so that the Surf of our seas remain this sweet song of our joys of life.
